Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Why won't Vapor Client launch?
Common causes include: outdated Java, insufficient RAM, conflicting software, or corrupted installation. Try updating Java, allocating more RAM, or reinstalling Vapor Client.
How do I transfer my settings?
Premium users can use cloud sync to automatically transfer settings. Free users can manually export settings from Settings > Export and import on the new device.
Is Vapor Client safe to use?
Yes! Vapor Client is digitally signed, scanned for malware, and uses enterprise-grade encryption. We never share your data and respect your privacy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Account > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your billing period with no cancellation fees.
What are the system requirements?
Minimum: Windows 10+/macOS 10.15+/Ubuntu 18.04+, 4GB RAM, 2GB storage, DirectX 10+/OpenGL 3.3+. Recommended: 8GB+ RAM, 5GB+ storage, dedicated GPU.
